Architectural Committee

Any exterior alterations or construction plans to a property in

 Grande' Maison Subdivision must be submitted to the

Architectural Control Committee for approval. This includes,

but is not limited to, solar panels, swimming pools, driveway extensions, patio, landscaping, etc. Always check with the Architectural Control Committee if you are not sure if approval is required.  Please mail or email your plans along with the completed form to Renaissance Property Management. Please review the checklist below before submitting your architectural request.
