Owners Association Dues
Grande' Masion Owners Association is billed on a semi annual basis at the rate of $323.00.
Payment due dates are January 1st and July 1st.

Pool Hours
Closed Monday for Cleaning
9:00am to 9:00pm Tuesday-Sunday
Pool is closed from October 1st to March 1st.
Please contact Renaissance Property Management to obtain a pool key fob for access to the pool. Key fobs are $20 each.
The pool is closed Mondays due to weekly maintenance and necessary chemical treatments. There is a 24 hour video surveillance in the pool area.
The pool is open to Grande' Maison residents only. All guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times.

Utilites/Trash Vendors
The preferred trash vendor for Grande' Maison is Progressive Waste. Each homeowner must set up their individual service. Pickup days are Tuesday and Friday. Recycling will begin pickup on Tuesdays starting 7/12/16. Please call Coastal Environmental Services at 985-781-3171.
